These last few weeks of school have been very busy, which is why I haven't been updating much. I'm really just really tired after working so much. I am probably going to go on another update-less period since my Grandparents (my Mom's parents, not my Dad's)are having their 50th wedding anniversary, and my family had been invited. So we'll be spending Christmas in Texas with them. I'll promise to do some more drawing while I'm away and upload them when I get back, assuming that my parent's scanner works fine.

In the mean time, I really want to do a drawing tutorial of one of my characters and upload it to You Tube. I do want to do some more short films, but just to fill the time, I'd like to do some more art-related videos. Would anyone be interested in me doing tutorials?

So Happy Christmas, blah blah blah. Doesn't anyone get sick of celebrating the same holidays over and over again? -Daniel

Edit 12/18/09: I just saw some ads on dA advertising for the new full dome movie "Tales of the Mayan Skies." Funny. My story-boarding teacher actually worked on that film as (what else?) a story-boarder. He told our class how he had to work in circular story-boards and during production, the movie producers would project them onto the movie domes to get an idea what the film would look like. My teacher learned very quickly that he had to adjust perspective for the dome because any mistakes he made would be very apparent in a very large movie dome! I haven't seen the movie yet, but if anyone reading this does, keep your eyes open for Jinan Wong's name in the credits (though he may also go by his American name, Arnie Wong, which is what he had the class call him)
